Im getting a NETWORK AVAILABILITY C130.

I have a new hub 3. Got no internet and not sure whats going on. I have no issues in my area.
Can anyone advise what I can do.

Hi. Ye I have. It worked for about 10 mins last night then went back to green lights again. Not sure whats going on.

Sounds like it's not activated for some reason... I wonder if the issues they had with the activations over the weekend has somehow reset your activation status.

I'd say speak to them again, might be a case of them re-activating it.

Could be worth checking the cables are connected tight in the back, or even just reconnecting the coax just in case.

Ye have done that twice. Technology is a bum...lol I have an engineer coming out on Wednesday. Im not sure what hes going to find but time will tell.

Could be power levels which he'll be able to sort for you, you could post them here before then and we can advise if you want.

Then click router status, then get a screenshot of the downstream and upstream pages.

Hi its been on this afternoon but has went off abouy 45 mins ago. It wont let me put the router address in keeps saying its not available.

My other half thinks its a power issue. Maybe when the traffic online is at peak time it cuts mine off..
