How to send equipment back

I've cancelled my virgin account and got the stuff through the post to send my TV box and router back to virgin. The only problem being that I've lost the freepost label! Does anyone know the address I need to send the stuff back to? Or better still, is there a way of getting a replacement label? Thanks
