Hi I have two set top boxes and can't get catch up TV on either of them.
they both display a blinking light. When I try catch up TV I get service unavailable right now and code 1033.
Do I need an engineer to come out ?

I've been able to locate your account and run some tests from our end for you, we're seeing some problems and I'd like to arrange for an engineer to come and take a closer look, if you're available.
