Error code W02 across multiple channels. Helpline is useless and an engineers visit booked by Virgin, but the earliest they can visit is 10 days away.
Really not sure why they can't fix this any sooner, any thoughts out there other than return to SKY whose service standards were way higher.

I'm sorry to learn about the channels not being there, I've been looking into this and I can see you've had some help recently. Can you tell me if this is something ongoing?
