Error 3200 and 3208 for a week, cant get through to TECH

Hi,

 

I am not happy, i started getting errors 3200 and 3208 on my box upstairs on History and discovery channels and now its spreading to other channels like ITV, I can get a picture now but its all choppy and sound is distorted.

 

trying to get through being stuck on hold for 30 mins every time I try to contact technical support is ridiculous i don't mind a 5 min wait but.... this is horrible service.

 

can someone tell me how to fix this?

 

P.S i have restarted the box multiple times and i unplugged the box and left it unplugged over night to see if that helped and your tv care is pointless it says everything is fine when its not.

Thanks for posting. I'm very sorry to hear you're getting multiple error codes on your set top box. I appreciate this is frustrating for you.

 

I've managed to locate your account to check on this. I can see you've contacted us since posting this and have an engineer attending to fix the fault. It won't be much longer until this fault is fixed.

 

I'd be very keen to hear the outcome so feel free to post an updated here.
