Maybe I am being stupid but where does it say anywhere on my bill or anywhere on my on line account the date my Virgin Media contract ends?
Cannot seem to find that information anywhere, surely it would be something that would be on the bills or as part of the account information. Would just like to know without having to ring up customer services.
Technically you don't have a contract end date, but you will have a "minimum service period" usually 12 or 18 months. This is not shown on bills and as far as I know is only on the service contract that you should have been sent out to you in the post when you signed up.
