Cable my street

I live on a brand new housing estate that is around 200yards from an existing virgin accessible street.1 mile from the main exchanges
There are around 270 homes that have all been tied into Sky as the only option for tv. Broadband is slow via copper telephone lines and so I would like to know what criteria Virgin use to determine a viable "cable my street " request. Even if 50% of the homes switch to virgin it should make financial sense on a ROI basis to run fibre to this estate.
Would love to hear from virgin about this and be able to discuss in more detail so that they have the full picture of the potential opportunity here.
Thank you

Re: Cable my street

Also most new estates now have a "no dig" agreement (emergencies excluded) that lasts for several years after the estate is built.
