Returned V6 box

Hi, How can I stop VM continually sending me email and SMS reminders to return a faulty V6 box when I have already returned it? I’m concerned they will eventually bill me for the missing equipment even though I have sent them all of the tracking details and have Yodel’s confirmation that it was delivered to VM.

This happens every time they upgrade or replace kit but usually stops after a while. This time it’s showing no sign of stopping.

I’d appreciate any comments. Thanks, Steve
