Pixellation again

Bad pixellation on BT Sport again during Leicester game

You can check to see if there are any reported service issues in your area using this link: http://my.virginmedia.com/faults/service-status

If it's not an area fault then the system will perform a few tests of your installation to see if there's anything obvious.

Ring in and report it as a signal fault then.

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear that you were getting pixellation issues when watching BT Sport over the weekend. 

 

Were you watching the SD or HD version of the channel? 

 

Do you get the same issues via TV Anywhere or your TiVo®?

 

Since posting have you noticed the issue on other channels?

It was the HD channel

I haven't tried it on TV Anywhere or Tivo

Seems to be ok on other channels but sometimes get pixellation in recordings

Thanks for coming back to me on this one. 

 

OK, I've gone in to the account to take a look at things seems as this is happening on recordings too and based on the stats from your box, it looks like we're going to need to get an engineer out to you. 

 

Your downstream power levels are too low and there are a few timeouts on there recorded as well.
