Invalid Network Settings (C233) error message on TV from V6

When I select the HOME button I have an error message:

Invalid Network Settings (C233)
There is a problem with your wireless settings, (C233) Check your Router is turned on and your network settings are correct. For more info, go to virgin media. com/help/Tivo

Of course, my router is turned on and is hard-wired via an ethernet cable into my computer, but the TV must be relying on WiFi.

 


There are no topics with C233 so there is no help.

Additionally, both Catch Up and On Demand are both showing as unavailable - I assume as a consequence of this error.

Any suggestions please?

I agree that looks good.

Have you tried resetting the V6 to see if the issue resolves?

Has your V6 successfully completed a network connection recently and the EPG is up to date?

How is your V6 supposed to be connected to your Superhub?

If by direct Ethernet cable connection or by powerline adapters, it looks like this connection has broken.

If by wifi, it looks like this has disconnected.

What do you get if you navigate to:

Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network > View Network Status

I will try a reset now.

As far as I know, since installation nothing has been wrong, until I noticed this at the weekend.

Reset seems to have sorted it (for now) Ernie - thanks for the suggestion.

I will look out in case it recurs at any time in the future.

Excellent - a reset is always a good first option with any issue such as this.

I have exactly the same problem and have reset the box but still get the same message
