Invalid Network Settings (C233) error message on TV from V6

When I select the HOME button I have an error message:
Invalid Network Settings (C233) There is a problem with your wireless settings, (C233) Check your Router is turned on and your network settings are correct. For more info, go to virgin media. com/help/Tivo
Of course, my router is turned on and is hard-wired via an ethernet cable into my computer, but the TV must be relying on WiFi.
There are no topics with C233 so there is no help.
Additionally, both Catch Up and On Demand are both showing as unavailable - I assume as a consequence of this error.
