I have not had a working landline throughout a year of service. I don't have a dialing tone, there is slight crackling on the line, you can dial in and the phone and base will ring but I cannot answer it.
All connections are to the correct place.
I ran a test online and the results were inconclusive.
I know the phone was switched directly from Sky to Virgin Media and was working up until the day of the switch. Has never worked since plus I know I have now paid for a full year now-possibly longer- and I am not getting the use of my landline even though I have been paying for the service that I'm not receiving.
