Phone not working again

My phone has no dialing tone and I can't make or receive calls. This has been a recurrent problem since Wednesday. I live in WN4 is anyone having the same problem. Virgin keep cancelling the engineer I book to fix the problem as they say the problem is resolved.

Thank you for posting on the Forum, I'm sorry to hear that your landline has stopped working again. 

Checking into this, I can see that you have been in contact with us already today and that this has been escalated and an engineer has been scheduled in for you. It has been noted that this is a repeat fault and that the street cabinet is to be checked.

Speaking with neighbours the whole of wn4 9pp are not working

Hi sailor1,

I've just checked the system and there hasn't been an area outage logged for your postcode yet. I have notified the Faults team of this and they have advised once there have been multiple reports of the fault in the same area, then this will be escalated to our engineer crew.

Hello Sailor,

we are having the same problem,the phone stopped working Thurs and has been on and off since then,I'm in the WN4 area.

Checking for an update on this, I can see that an area outage has now been identified and our engineers are currently working to resolve the issue:

Status: We're sorry that you're experiencing a loss of your Virgin Media Telephone service(s) in the WN4 area.

The latest update we have is: We have identified the problem and engineer are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
