Hi activated my new account yesterday. Got TV Phone and Broadband. Everything working apart from the phone. The number we have been given rings when dialled but no sound here at home. We are still connected to BT! Any help as to what's happening? Thanks

I have been able to locate your account and I can see that your line is active and the line check is coming back with no fault so can I just confirm with you if your phone is plugged into a Virgin Media socket and also do you currently have a dial tone, are you able to dial out?
Sorry I did have a Virginia box the phone is plugged in and is now working .... I'm such a numpty! Please can you cancel the engineer that is due to come out on Wednesday bet 8-12? It takes forever to get through to someone and I've already spent all morning doing this
Hi yes I've cancelled the to part of my contract so now just have the phone and broadband . As I was talking to the man this morning our call was cut off. Please can you confirm that my direct debit will reflect this? Thank you
