Phone dead again - SE18

I was told there was a problem in my area that should have been fixed last night, but our phone is still not working!!

Help please!

If you check the 'Service Status' link when logging into your online Virgin Media account does this still show any known issues affecting your area? - It may be that the fault that was due to be fixed is taking longer than expected to be resolved.

In that case you can either wait for a member of Virgin Media staff to reply on here (maybe around a week) or give Customer Services a call or contact them via Live Chat.
