Have been without landline on 01625 exchange since sometime on Thursday 10th, confirmed as an area fault when checked online (broadband fine). Still not working despite website saying no known fault now. Also no email received to confirm fault fixed, so assume it actually hasn't been. How much longer?
Thanks for that, but we've been without a landline now for over 2 days and fault checker said last night that no issues (it had previously acknowledged that there was one!) I assume we'll get some compensation and would like to say that it couldn't have happened at a more inconvenient time, with a close family member who doesn't live locally, currently suffering a health crisis!
