No phone line

No phone line today (second time it has happened).

Tried the online test and it got to 99% and then timed out (twice).

Tried to report it via the website but evidently Virgin don't work on a Sunday!

Welcome to the Community, I'm massively sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your phone line at the moment and I'd like to do what I can to help to get this resolved.

 

I've been able to locate your account and run some tests on the line from our end, we're seeing some problems with the line being detected and I'd like to arrange for an engineer to come and take a closer look if you're available. I've sent you information regarding this in a private message, which you can view by clicking the purple envelope on the top right of this page.
