Phone line dead -no incoming /outgoing calls can be made or received -checked all equipment(all ok)-ran the online check (all ok)-this is becoming a bit of a reoccurring problem as this isn't the 1st time this has happened,have had to have engineer out not so long ago to come out and fix the problem
