No Phone

I'm a new customer and I have TV and Broadband, but no phone. I bought a telephone yesterday but I don't have a phone socket. I've tried to plug into the router but nothing happens.

Should the Engineer have fitted a phone socket at the time of installation? If so how can this be arranged without having to ring India and it costing me £30 for the call?

Welcome to the Community, I'm really sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your phone line at the moment.

 

I've been able to locate your account and I'd like to arrange for the engineers to come back to take a closer look at getting a phone socket installed for you.
