Which one is right here? Do Virgin need to update their website/documentation? Or have I been overcharged.
This is particularly annoying as I tried to sign up for the line rental saver a few months ago, but I only just realised that when I signed up, I just had the £164 credited to my account and I was still paying full price for line rental so I have not been saving any money.

Had the same problem myself with renewal. You cannot do it before the previous LRS expires on the automated system. I eventually renewed by talking to customer services. The price increases should not take affect until February next year, so I would have a word with the billing people at VM.
