This evening I have no dial tone on my VM landline. I looked online and was delighted to find a diagnostic test at https://my.virginmedia.com/faults/perform-diagnostic
I tried running this but every time it stops at 99% and I do not get any results.
I have resorted to phoning VM and will have to wait over a week for an engineer to call.
Has anyone else tried this diagnostic? VM - if it doesn't work, please remove it!
