We used to have a continuous dial tone which has now been replaced by an intermittent dial tone. A quick google suggest this may be connected to the message facility, but we are not signed up to this. Can you help?
Welcome to the Community Forum and thanks for your post. It's great to see new faces here. I'm sorry to hear that you are getting an intermittent dial tone on your Virgin Media landline. I understand that you don't have an active voice messaging service on your line--not even the free one--so I will look into this straight away for you so we can get this sorted out for you.
