How do you get caller display?

Switched from BT but have lost caller display on my phone.

I says somewhere in the Virgin blurb " only available in some areas"

How do I get it?? Appreciate may have to pay but I can find nowhere on the website where I can change /add the feature to my phone. As usual cannot get to chat with anyone. Do not know why they don't say "both" our agents are busy  as opposed to "all".our agents are busy.

In the past that was definitely the case, I'm not so sure where it stands now.

Ring 150 from your VM line, go with Option 1 -> Confirm your details -> Option 4 -> Option 1. Ask them to add it. It costs £2.25 a month.

It normally says "All of our agents are currently busy." Maybe it was just a glitch,
