My phone now returns working normally. How can I cancel an engineer appointment I made a few days ago? The scheduled date will be due in 5 days time. I read the cancellation instructions saying that I should find my engineer booking details on top of my logged in page, then I click the link etc. to do the cancellation. But I could not find any booking on my page? The phone to Virgin has always auto answer with options but no real people that I could talk to. Please advise what I should do.
