Check phone line

We moved house a couple of weeks ago. Plugged in and everything working fine. 

A few days later the phone started displaying "check phone line". I've run the diagnostics- no problem. Tried in vain to use chat support but there never seems to be anyone available. Tried calling a couple of times too but again- operators always busy. 

Any suggestions on anything else to try? Don't really want to book and engineer for what does not seem likely to be a physical fault.

Thanks for posting and I'm sorry to hear that you're without your landline at the moment.

 

I have checked your line and I'm unable to find any problems in the area so I'd like to arrange for a technician to take a closer look.

 

I'm just going to send you a private message which you will find if you click on the purple envelope at the top right of the screen.
