Hi, picked up the phone to make a call, it said the other person had disconnected and is now just beeping like you've been cut off. Want to make sure (a) not being charged for a call we haven't made and (b) if there's a duly on the line. Many thanks

I've been able to locate your account and take a closer look at this from our end for you, we're not seeing any problems with it at the moment. I've requested a member of our back office team take a look at the switch and clear the line, but it's giving us an error.
