Caller ID

I am paying for caller ID but when people call it says 'Incoming Call'. When we were with plusnet the caller ID worked on this handset so we know the handset is okay. Thank you in advance.

Welcome to the community.

 

I have located your account and I'm unable to find a subscription for Caller Display so I would recommend giving our customer services team a call on 150 from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and one of the team will be able to get this added to your account.
