switching sim card

I have had to get a new phone as old one broke im trying to get to virginmedia.co.uk/activate
I cant log into my account, i set this up 5 years ago i cant recall my security question.
my old phone is broken so i cant call you
i need to acticvate my new sim
your operators are busy

what am i suppose to do?
