porting number from O2 major problem

I signed up to move from O2 to Virgin 14th March 2017, the original SIM was lost in post, 2nd SIM ordered but that did not work then 1st SIM turned up on 28th and this worked on my temp number. My number was turned off (ported by O2 on 24th) but does not work on my virgin number. it is now 30th and still do not have my ported number which I rely on for work etc. I have spoken to lots of Virgin advisors but still no service. Any body in Virgin that could help

Welcome to the Community Forum and thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing a problem with with your mobile number port. Has this been resolved for you?
