Re: mobile app

Hi danooo999

Sorry you're having issues downloading the app.

What handset do you have?

Have you tried searching for 'Virgin Media My Account' in the device's app store?

Many thanks

Re: mobile app

As mark said, download that app it give minutes, text and data remaining.

Use it one from you mobile data, then it gives you the option to use it via wifi so no data usage, if you don't use it for a month only the mobile data option works, just set it up for wifi again

it only take a couple of seconds to check. Smiley Happy

Re: mobile app

I have searched Virgin Media My Account' in the device's app store and it actually says that that app is not available in my country.

I have an Asus Zenfone 2 Laser 5.5" and it was bought in Italy.

I tried to get around the problem by downloading the .apk file via a mirror site but still when I try to install it there is a problem and the app cannot be installed on my device.

Re: mobile app

Sadly if it's not a supported phone you stuck with the web account, or try one of the call monitor apps there may be one that will work for you
