htc 510 desire

Cannot activate mobile data keeps saying disconnected how do i get round this

in order to offer any help we will require a little more info'.

Is the phone new to you, have you previously been able to access mobile data on it with your Virgin SIM? If so when did things change?

Do you have data included and available on your tariff?

Have you checked in case there is a local network outage:
Put your post code into the EE service checker (Virgin Mobile works on their network) to see if there are any known issues.
