Re: hi how early can I request a upgrade???

Hi sarah83,

officially the earliest that you would be able to upgrade without financial penalty would be 1 month before your contract end date.

Doing so beforehand will usually result in a "buyout fee" (Generally the number of months remaining on contract x monthly fee).

However unless you are a long way off I don't suppose it'll hurt to ask & then decide.
(Your alternative could be to buy a cheap phone just to last until such time).

You would need to call the team on 789 option 2 to sort this out.
Or to speak with Upgrades team directly call 0345 183 1150 open Mon-Fri 8am-8pm; Sat 9am-5pm and Sun: Closed.
