Yet another Yodel phone delivery gone wrong

As many others before me have found, Yodel are hopeless.

Ordered a new phone from Virgin at weekend, to be delivered Monday.

Yodel advise it was delivered 2.30 Monday afternoon.

At 2.30 (and in fact all afternoon) there was no-one at home.

No parcel anywhere. No card left at all, even to advise it had been left with neighbours.

Checked with neighbours, no-one has a parcel for us or has seen a van.

I assume the Yodel driver has it.

Web chat with Yodel has them telling me to contact you as their contract is with you not me.

Can anyone from Virgin Mobile who is online help?

****** Please DONT ask me to call 789 as I have been trying this all afternoon and constantly get the "it has not been possible to connect you, please try again later" message.

Amazing result.

Yodel delivered the phone 30 mins ago.

Not sure how they "delivered" it yesterday but here it is anyway.

Glad to hear its with you but you are correct "Yodel" are useless but can see why Virgin and others use them and that's because they must be cheaper than everyone else as it certainly is not because they are reliable and professional because they are not lol
