Mycurrent mobile package is £24 per month reduced to £18 per month with my loyalty discount.
I want to increase my data package to include 2 gigs of data, however if I do this I will lose my loyalty discount! This would mean an increase of £8 per month, rather than £2 pounds per month.
Why should I lose my loyalty discount if I want to upgrade to a more expensive package.
I am now being penalised for my loyalty rather than being rewarded for it!!!
I also want to upgrade my current handset, which I cannot do until the end of my contract. I was advised by customer services to sell my current handset on Ebay and buy my desired handset for cash.
Why not take the cheaper £20 package that has Unlimited Chat/TXT/Data?
Edit, you will not see this unless you log into your VM Mobile site and look at Tariffs and I am on Sim only Contract for Existing VM customers (I am new to Mobile side though).
