Where is my replacement Sim ? ? ?

On Weds 15th April, I ordered a Sim, it arrived next day, I loaded it with £ 10 and put it into my phone, I had a good signal, 4 bars, but when I went to make a call nothing. When I tried phoning it, I got message Calls are not being connected to this no. Tried txt, no good. Spoke to Virgin, who tried a few things, then said Sim must be faulty, they would send me out another Sim, already activated and with my £ 10 on it. I AM STILL WAITING ! ! !

I have tried phoning but no good, wait time 1 min, still waiting after 5 mins, some Customer Service this is, don't think I'll be recommending them to anyone soon ! ! !

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm really sorry to hear you've not received your replacement sim card.

 

They can sometimes take 5 working days to arrive. Has this now been received? If not, you'd need to contact our Customer Service team. I'm afraid we don't have the ability to view accounts or orders on the forums.

 

Their number is 789 from a Virgin Mobile or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone.

 

I really hope you get the resolution you're looking for.
