Re: WHY HAS MY MOBILE SIM GONE UP TO £8 WHEN MY HUSBANDS [THAT I PAY REMAINS £7)
You can go into your account and change the tariff you're on. My contract was increased from £7 to £8 (my minutes were increased to 1000, which I don't need), but I noticed that the £7 contract is still available, albeit with 125 minutes now (plenty for me). There's also a £5 a month contract option (250 minutes and 250MB), but interestingly, this doesn't appear in the list of contract options; maybe it's only for new customers.
I had already decided to move to Three's 321 tariff, but this has reinforced my decision. Putting up my tariff without letting me know that there were other tariffs available leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
