WHEN THE NEW SYSTEM WILL BE RUNNING!!

Can someone from virgin tell us customers when the new system will be up and running. It is now getting beyond a joke. Virgin have refused to comment on ghe issue and that in itself is very disappointing. There are alot of customers clearly frustrated as am i. Now it is time to keep your customers informed Virgin come on!!!!!!!!!

Real shame VM don't do something USEFUL, like fix something that's broken, rather than break something that works!!!

We now have a Bank holiday weekend...4 days with absolutely NO chance of VM sorting this due to EASTER HOLS...

Very smart move Virgin, 

How to lose customers without really trying.....

 

Already looking to move phone/tv/broadband due to crass incompetence,  looks like 4 mobiles following suit!!

 

Virgin Media??

 

More like Virgin on the ridiculous!!!Smiley Mad

FURTHER LOGIN PROBELMS ON NEW SYSTEM

I would like to make you aware of the following problems below.

1. When input login details into my account section and press login. The details disappear and it does not log you in. Very frustrating

2. The page takes a while to load up over all very slow.

I would like to know whats going on and why these problems are still occuring.

Appears that they have the time to merge posts, but not fix the obvious problems with the mess they have dumped on us!!!

The 'new' accounts site is a joke!!!

Previous site let you 'personalise' the phone numbers, (I have 4, mine, my wife's, my daughters, my work) all were originally 'personalised' with names, so I knew which was which without having to resort to searching for/remembering numbers. All gone now...stupid new system demands I remember each phone number!!!

 

Once again, a VM 'update' that is actually a 'downgrade' in REAL terms!!Smiley Mad
