Voicemail not working

Since I changed to 4g sim (keeping same number) my voicemail hasn't been working. All seems fine when I call voicemail but anyone calling my number just gets 'number not available' message

Welcome to the Community Forum and thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing a problem with voicemail service since upgrading to 4G. Has this been resolved for you since your post?
