When are they going to fix access to my account? Despite contacting the help desk and changing my password I still can't access my account. The 'upgrade' to the system has been really 'successful' for somebody, but the question is who?
Hi, since the "upgrade" one of my numbers disappeared from my account & I had to create a new email address to view it in a different account separate from my other numbers.
It still is & this is a pain (hardly an upgrade) but at least I can view it.
Have you tried using a new email address?
