Virgin mobile app not working

I have a samsung galaxy a5 (2017) and i downloaded the virgin mobile app to check how much data i have left. But when i open it it says "we're having difficulty feathering our servers, we seem to be unable to talk to our servers right now please try again shortly." It's been saying this for several days now and I tried uninstalling the app then reinstalling it and it still hasn't worked. How can I get it to work or is there are any other way I can check how much data i have left.

Thanks for your post on the Community Forum and welcome. I'm sorry that you're having a problem with the Virgin Mobile My Account app. Is this working for you now?

If you are still having a problem with this, please let me know and I'll look into this for you. Please make sure that you are connecting via your mobile data first (WiFi needs to be off) and also let me know if you are able to login online at Your Account.
