Virgin have my money

hi

could you tell me why that a mistake from virgin mobile communicating to virgin phone insurance that has cost me £184 , it now will take up to 10 days for a refund .

why do I suffer for your mistake?

please don't ask me to call,as I was on the phone to you most of yesterday with no results , you still have my money.

 

who gave permission for virgin insurance to take such an amount ?

Hi all

replyed to matts pm 2 days ago , still no reply and no action . Virgin still have £184 of my money . I have logged 2 complaints and posted here . If someone takes your money without permission what do we call that ? 

I hope they compensate me for all the hassle . I bet they don't . Let's see if they have any customer service ,again doubtful .
