Upgrade question?

Went and arranged my early upgrade on Thursday 3rd Dec after getting a call telling me I was now eligible. After the phone call I got the emails about the credit agreement and went through the process of signing the agreement, all seems to have gone well.

I arranged to have the phones delivered on Tuesday 8th Dec but have heard nothing from Virgin since then, no confirmation or any info about delivery.

Is this normal for virgin? Do I need to call to confirm that everything is well and good?
