Just spoken with 2 virgin call centre operatives. Both hang up on me saying "hold the line"now all that happens is they cut me off so i have to go through the same info over and over again!!!!
Send phone to repair, got it back as uneconomical repair. Water damage..... How can be water damage as all water damage indicators/dots are white and phone never been in any water..Phone do not switch on, showing LG G4 logo on screen and switch it self off. After "unable to repair virgin specialist", phone switch on but only half screen works !!!!
any one got as crappy experience with virgin and what i can do ?
The poor service don't know common faults with devices. This is pathetic !!!
