Went online, ordered phone plus tablet as new customer, supported by online chat line...failed to deliver either and now claim I ordered a SIM card only. So what's happened to all the personal data I supplied, the credit checks and the contract? Luckily I have a copy of the online transcript, but wow, the call handlers are unable to resolve anything. After 2 hours of hanging on for things to be sorted my patience has worn thin. Any advice...should I bail out and just accept that Virgin are fundamentally rank amateurs?
