After annoyingly being given a duff sim and advice from the Bull Ring store and then enduring an hour of diabolical customer service on '789'' we went into the Merry Hill Store and am pleased to say the service received there was fantastic, they had us up and running in no time and even sorted keeping the old voda number for us, which swapped over as promised the next day. Can't praise them enough, thanks again Helen and your Merry Hill Team, you were brilliant and from Virgins perspective you turned a negative experience into a very positive one and now have three happy Virgin Mobile customers in the same house.
I'm really sorry to hear of your recent experience. I appreciate the frustration this caused as it wasn't the best start to life with Virgin Mobile. In saying that, I'm really pleased you were able to find Helen and the team and got a resolution to your problem.
