I just got my new handset - Samsung galaxy s7. I took the tray out with the pin and put my new sim card on the tray and put it into the phone. The sim is now stuck in the phone without the tray as the tray came out without the sim.
I can't take the back off the handset as it states do not take the back off.
Has anyone else made this mistake or am I the only one?
We don't have a Virgin shop where I live so I'm going to have to send it back - I hope this sort of thing is covered on the warranty. Why do they have to make things so complicated? Phones were better when you put the sim in by taking the back off in my opinion.
