I have a mobile contract with virgin, my airtime plan got moved to o2 I now need my credit agreement number and security key which I can’t find to see my outstanding finance on my mobile. Speaking to someone on her they said I needed to deal with o2 an after spending hours on the phone they stated the obvious that they had nothing to do with the virgin contract side of things. So if someone can actually shed some light on this that would be greatly appreciated.
