Roll Over Data

Why does my son's account only show  500mb roll over data when he is currently on a 1gb per month contract?  Mine is the same but I get 1gb roll over.....

Is he on a double data deal? If so only the standard data rolls over and not the double data part.

Not at the moment, no. He's on the same as me and mine always shows 1GB rollover

Not sure, but I am going to complain about that too as he received a text on 26th March saying that he had used all of his rollover data and that he was now using his normal allowance when in fact he had used up both and was now being charged £2 per day. Fuming about this as the website states that they will text when you are near.
