Replacement SIM.

I've lost my pay-as-you-go VirginMobile SIM. How can I get a replacement?

Hi there,

 

My sim card has become faulty and will not allow me to connect to any network. I do not have a landline at my property, is there any other way of getting a replacement sim other than phoning you up?

The quickest way to get this sorted with us is to call us on 789 or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone. The team can process a next day delivery for you to get your new sim.

 

Give us a call from a friend or family members phone and we'll get this sorted for you very quick.

Hi vigosky,

 

you could try web-chat: Help and Support - Contact Us > Mobile > Your Account > Chat online.

The advisors are often busy though so you may not get connected straight away.
(I would recommend using a PC or laptop and keeping the page open, just refresh it every few minutes until an advisor becomes available).

That is what I was trying but 'always' busy.

A [within logged account] SIM request web-form would help - of course asking security questions as well, then once we are ready - we either activate via phone using old SIM or online.

Simple, effective and without wasting a week trying to do it!
