Phone Problems

Does anyone know if the phones come with a warranty? I've had my phone for 5 months but it keeps going quite hot and the battery drains quickly as in less than a day when it's not being used as I'm in work, can't be coping for another 19 months with that

Re: Phone Problems

Hi angelis76

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with your device.

Depending on your model you will indeed have a warranty that lasts between 1 and 2 years.

You can get some help troubleshooting these problems using our Phone Fix pages. This will guide you through step by step checks and will advise you how to try and resolve the issues.

Hope this helps!

Liam

Re: Phone Problems

No it's not when it's on charge. It doesn't happen all the time but when it does happen the battery seems to drain quickly too

Re: Phone Problems

Hi Angelis76,

Thanks for the reply Smiley Happy

The battery overheating can be a result of the processor resources being quite high, usually due to an app or gps being used at the time. Battery heavy apps can be a result of this and just to be safe, are you able to backup your data and information and perform a factory reset of the phone?

Finally, can you tell me what device you currently have?

Many thanks and take care.

Ben

Re: Phone Problems

Probably a stupid question, but how do I know that my phone is definitely backed up?
