No mobile or internet connectivity again - Canterbury CT1, Kent
My wife and I are both on Virgin Mobile. As of 29/05/15 our mobile signal is near to zero or zero (usually 5 bars 3G). Calls to us go directly to voicemail and we don't receive notifications. SMS messages come through hours later or not at all. Mobile internet is either zero or glacially slow throughout Canterbury.
Can you confirm if there's a problem with our local mast and when it will be fixed? Its the 2nd time this has occurred this years and each time it lasts for days and renders our phones useless.
